McClellan brings a wealth of leadership and engineering experience to this critical role, including over two decades of expertise in managing engineering teams, product design and operational excellence. 

“I’m pleased to take on the role of COO of Ag Express Electronics,” McClellan says. “This is an exciting period of growth for the organization and I’m looking forward helping guide our innovations and initiatives.”

Ag Express Electronics has a rich history that spans over 30 years. The company is 100% employee-owned and is strongly committed to its employees and the communities it serves. In 2023, the organization announced the establishment of Integrated Circuit Works, a division of Ag Express Electronics focusing on ISO 2001:2015 repair services, printed circuit board assembly and manufacturing in industries beyond agriculture, such as construction, public works, forestry and more.

Daugherty Sells to Ag Express /shortliner/daugherty-sells-to-ag-express/ Sun, 12 Jan 2020 22:58:00 +0000 /?p=9341 Ag Express Electronics in Des Moines has acquired the assets of the manufacturing and distribution divisions of The Daugherty Companies, an Association member. The acquisition was complete Jan. 1.

The Daugherty Companies continue to operate facilities in Warren, Ind., and maintain its workforce there. Adam Douglas, former COO and shareholder of The Daugherty Companies, is now the Warren facility manager for Ag Express.

CEO David Daugherty has retired after nearly 56 years in the business, which was founded by his father.

In addition to a retail dealership, The Daugherty Companies represents agricultural equipment manufacturers throughout the Midwest and the distribution, design and manufacture of agricultural electronics.

The Daugherty Companies corporate entity will remain in business with Mike Daugherty and the Ag-Serv Division providing area producers with installation, repair and technology services.
