CFM, based in University Park, Ill., manufactures cold headed metal fasteners for on- and off-highway applications. Product families include structural bolts, hex heads, carriage bolts, square head machine bolts, wheel bolts, plow bolts, as well as various per-print specials. The products are a part of applications in planting, harvesting, and soil management.

“CFM’s capabilities and talented group of employees will add manufacturing capacity to help us better serve our customers in the U.S.,” said Blair Cook, Agrisolutions global president.

Agrisolutions global brands include Bellota, Ingersoll Tillage, Trinity Logistics Corp, Lundtek, Andersen Steel, Carl SĂĽlberg and USM Manufacturing.

Agrisolutions manufactures wear parts, components, accessories and solutions for tillage, seeding, planting, harvesting and fertilizing for equipment manufacturers and after-market suppliers.

Andersen, which is headquartered in Kutno, Poland, manufactures tines and sweeps. It belonged to DLG (previous owner for Kongskilde). Andersen specializes in tillage parts.

“Andersen is a totally new company, fully automized with huge possibilities,” said Agrisolutions CEO Tom Welke. “We are very excited to partner with the Andersen Steel team to join forces and increase our offering to our customers.”

Eduardo Urrestarazu, a president in Agrisolutions’ global landscape, added: “This new acquisition will strengthen our market position in Europe, especially with leading OEMs.”

Agrisolutions Acquires Lund Industrial Group /news/agrisolutions-acquires-lund-industrial-group/ Wed, 24 Feb 2021 23:05:30 +0000 /?p=13027 Agrisolutions has acquired Lundtek, Inc., which includes Lund Industrial Group, Lund Engineered Products Division and Lund Coating Technologies.

Lund has been based in Holly Springs, Miss., and operations will continue there under the name Agrisolutions Wear Technologies. The Lund brand name will continue to appear in the marketplace.

The deal was final Feb. 19.

Lund Coating Technologies has been a member company of the Association since 1968. Bellota USA and Ingersoll, both brands of Agrisolutions, have been member companies since 2000 and 2002, respectively. Trinity Logistics is also an Agrisolutions brand.

Lund provides extended life solutions for agricultural and industrial parts and components pertaining to wear applications. It also supplies cutting components to the U.S. agricultural market.

Agrisolutions manufactures wear parts, components, accessories and solutions for tillage, seeding, planting, harvesting and fertilizing for farm equipment OEMs and after-market suppliers. The company’s North American headquarters is in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Agrisolutions is a part of the Venanpri Group.

Agrisolutions Moves to Bigger Space /news/member/agrisolutions-moves-to-bigger-space/ Tue, 01 Oct 2019 19:34:30 +0000 /?p=8290 Agrisolutions has opened a new 110,000-square-foot facility in Rock Island, Ill. Its previous site, in Milan, Ill., was about a quarter of the size. The communities are separated by about 4.5 miles.

The new Agrisolutions facility features a $1 million investment in robotics. Company leaders said they hope to more than triple their workforce from about 30 employees to around 100 over the next few years.

Agrisolutions produces disc blades, most of which are sold to Deere.
