Hlavinka Equipment Co., with headquarters in East Bernard, Texas, has agreed to sell select assets related to existing Kubota dealership operations in Rosenberg and Bay City , Texas, to Lansdowne Moody Co. (LM Tractor) in Houston. Lansdowne Moody now has eight Kubota locations in the region.
