Roger Marin has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Marin brings more than 15 years of experience in plant operations, supply chain development and manufacturing management to his new role with Osmundson Mfg. Marin will spearhead Osmundson’s expansion efforts, maximize R&D capabilities, and lead daily business operations.  

Gretchen Holcomb has been named Quality Manager. Holcomb joins Osmundson Mfg. with more than a decade of experience. In previous roles, Holcomb has served as a quality team lead and managed the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Holcomb’s role at Osmundson Mfg. will include management of the company’s QMS and overseeing quality control testing and documentation.

Mr. Marx rejoins CNH from Iveco Group where as CEO he has led that company’s drive into a new era of connectivity, integrating the latest digital and data technologies with Iveco’s product offering. He has also chaired Iveco’s powertrain business overseeing its transition to alternative propulsion systems. Prior to first joining CNH in January 2019, Mr. Marx worked for 20 years in senior roles at McKinsey, Daimler Trucks, and Bain Capital, living in Brazil, China, Europe and Japan.

Walker has more than 25 years of senior executive experience, said the firm. At Eastman, she held overall leadership responsibility for its legal organization, including oversight of corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, as well as the company’s global health, safety and environment organizations.

In her new role, Walker will succeed Mary Jones, who announced her intention to retire later this year.

As the company’s chief legal officer Walker will have executive management responsibility for the global law and patent departments.

He will also work hand-in-hand with Marc Kermisch, the Chief Digital & Information Officer, to seamlessly integrate our precision, digital and autonomy solutions across our equipment portfolios.

Additionally, the following leadership changes will take place later this year:

Mark von Pentz, president, Worldwide Ag & Turf, Small Ag & Turf, Regions 1 & 2, will continue in his present position until Nov. 1, 2023, at which time he will become senior advisor, Office of the Chairman, until his anticipated retirement early in 2024

Deanna Kovar, vice president, Production Systems, Production and Precision Ag, will take on additional responsibilities in Small Ag & Turf and will fully transition to the role of president, Worldwide Ag & Turf, Small Ag & Turf, Regions 1 & 2, on Nov. 1, 2023.

Davidson has served as the president of All States for the past 17 months and will assume positions of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President. Davidson will be charged with the continued growth of All States through organic growth and acquisitions.

Davidson replaces John Dyke, as CEO. Dyke has been elevated to the position of Executive Chairman of the Board for All States. Dyke, whose family started All States Ag Parts nearly 25 years ago, has previously served in many roles at All States including recent positions of President and CEO. In addition to leading the board of directors, Dyke will continue to lead acquisition efforts.

All States Ag Parts is in an active growth mode, both through acquisitions and organic growth. All States has been the long-term leader in aftermarket, used and remanufactured parts for agricultural equipment. Recent growth efforts have greatly expanded heavy equipment parts and rubber tracks for all types of equipment.
