Effective July 1, 2025, Todd Stucke, current President of Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC), will assume new responsibilities in Japan as Deputy General Manager of both the Farm and Industrial Machinery Consolidated Division and the Customer Solutions Division at Kubota Corporation (KBT). Stucke will remain connected to KTC as Chairman, retain his role as Sr. Vice President of KNA, and continue serving on its Executive Board.

Alex Woods, a 25-year Kubota veteran and current head of Supply Chain Management at KNA, will succeed Stucke as President of KTC.

Roger Marin has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Marin brings more than 15 years of experience in plant operations, supply chain development and manufacturing management to his new role with Osmundson Mfg. Marin will spearhead Osmundson’s expansion efforts, maximize R&D capabilities, and lead daily business operations.  

Gretchen Holcomb has been named Quality Manager. Holcomb joins Osmundson Mfg. with more than a decade of experience. In previous roles, Holcomb has served as a quality team lead and managed the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Holcomb’s role at Osmundson Mfg. will include management of the company’s QMS and overseeing quality control testing and documentation.

He succeeds Scott Wine, whose request to leave the Company at the end of the current three-year business plan cycle to pursue other interests, has been accepted by the Board.

Mr. Marx rejoins CNH from Iveco Group where as CEO he has led that company’s drive into a new era of connectivity, integrating the latest digital and data technologies with Iveco’s product offering. He has also chaired Iveco’s powertrain business overseeing its transition to alternative propulsion systems. Prior to first joining CNH in January 2019, Mr. Marx worked for 20 years in senior roles at McKinsey, Daimler Trucks, and Bain Capital, living in Brazil, China, Europe and Japan.

Deere Adds Senior Leadership /news/deere-adds-senior-leadership/ Thu, 11 Apr 2024 16:25:59 +0000 /?p=27606 Deere reported that Kellye Walker, former Eastman Chemical Company executive, will join its leadership team as senior vice president, chief legal officer and worldwide public affairs.

Walker has more than 25 years of senior executive experience, said the firm. At Eastman, she held overall leadership responsibility for its legal organization, including oversight of corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, as well as the company’s global health, safety and environment organizations.

In her new role, Walker will succeed Mary Jones, who announced her intention to retire later this year.

As the company’s chief legal officer Walker will have executive management responsibility for the global law and patent departments.

Davidson replaces John Dyke, as CEO. Dyke has been elevated to the position of Executive Chairman of the Board for All States.
