I am privileged to serve as your president and eagerly anticipate representing our members in the year ahead. When I’m asked about the significance of Association membership to me, the answer is clear: it’s about the people. For over 50 years, my company, Custom Products of Litchfield, has been actively engaged with the Association. Because of my involvement in the Association, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting remarkable individuals, gaining valuable insights, and discovering innovative approaches to enhance our product line. Lifelong friendships have blossomed within this Association, and I enjoy meeting both longstanding and newly joined members.

This community embraces an authentic desire to connect, taking a genuine interest in each other. While we are here for business, and at times are competitors, we acknowledge the collective value of advancing the industry together. We stand as a community of sincere individuals who support one another. Our company attributes much of its success to our involvement with the 果冻传媒.

It is my aspiration that each of you encounter a similar enriching experience. My objective for the coming year is to enhance membership benefits and foster greater involvement. We have a robust Association, a dedicated Board of Directors, and an efficient staff鈥攁ll committed to adding value and ensuring the industry’s resilience. In fostering member recruitment and engagement, we depend on you. As with anything in life, the more you invest, the more you gain.

Demand is currently at its peak, with the supply chain gradually catching up. Nevertheless, escalating costs of raw materials, components, freight, and labor shortages prompt concerns about sustainability. Amidst these challenges, sharing ideas and fostering dialogue is invaluable. I urge you to join us in the spring at the Supply Summit & Showcase in Little Rock, AR, taking place April 3 to 5. While individually accomplished in our respective roles, our collective energy amplifies our capabilities!
