replies to Plaintiffs’ Response to NDIDA’s Motion to Intervene.
NDIDA agrees with Plaintiffs that it has no legal interest in Plaintiffs claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and NDIDA does not intend to participate in the litigation of those counts, namely Counts Two, Four, Seven and Nine.
