AEM vs North Dakota – Notice of Support of NDIDA Motion
The Attorney General (State), in the above-referenced action, Association of Equipment Manufacturers, et al. vs Governor Burgum et al., respectfully supports the North Dakota Implement Dealers Association (NDIDA) motion to intervene in this matter for the purposes specified in NDIDA’s Motion to Intervene, filed August 24, 2017 (Doc. 32 and attachments).
