Supreme Court – CNH Retirees Don’t Get Health Care for Life
The Supreme Court has ruled that Case New Holland retirees will no longer get their health benefits.
The court ruled the health care benefits were tied to the rest of the collective bargaining agreements and did not cover former workers for life. The decision reversed an appeals court ruling.
