AgriCapital advises Southern States Cooperative, Inc. on the sale of twenty Ag-retail locations in the states of Georgia and Florida and its integrated cotton ginning business in Statesboro, Georgia, to Crop Production Services ("CPS") AgriCapital helped Southern States undertake an in-depth study of its options and approached a number of carefully selected companies. After a review of options, it was decided that the sale of the select assets to CPS, would be the superior course of action to undertake. ### |
