AGCO Reports Q1 Earnings
AGCO reported net sales of $2.3 billion for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, an increase of 14.3% compared to the first quarter of 2025. Reported net income was $0.76 per share for the quarter and adjusted net income(1) was $0.94 per share. These results compare to reported net income of $0.14 per share and adjusted net income(1) of $0.41 per share for the first quarter of 2025. Excluding favorable foreign currency translation of 9.6%, net sales in the quarter increased 4.7% compared to the first quarter of 2025.
