For 75 years and four generations, Edney Distributing Co., Inc. has connected equipment manufacturers with the dealers who put their products to work across the Upper Midwest. What began at our founders’ kitchen table has grown into one of the region’s most established wholesale distributors. We remain family-owned and family-led, with the same commitment to relationships that has guided us from the start.

From our four locations in Lakeville, MN; Fargo, ND; Portage, WI; and Huron, SD, we serve a network of more than 1,000 independent retail dealers across eight states: South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, northern Iowa, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, northern Illinois, and eastern Montana. Our lines span Hay and Forage, Food Plot, Forestry, Light Construction, Snow Removal, and more, sourced from trusted manufacturers around the world.
