Showcase Your Company Through Sponsorships
Companies seeking to stand out at the Marketing & Distribution Convention can find value in sponsoring a session at the convention. Take a look at these sponsorship opportunities available only to Association members:
Display Sponsor: ($350-$900). NEW! This is your opportunity to showcase your company with a prominent display in our convention registration area for 90-minute period. The Association can help you determine the time/location that will work best. The Association or sponsor can provide signage.
Refreshment Break: ($800-$1000). Refreshments and snacks are provided for attendees to enjoy between sessions. This is an ideal time for our members to make contact with other attendees. Sponsors may display signage near the refreshment break area along with printed sales information. The Association will provide signage displaying the sponsor’s name, in addition to recognition in official convention program.
Welcome Station: ($1,250). On Tuesday morning, many of our attendees will be at the Registration Desk and are looking to make contact with meeting attendees as they arrive. Sponsors may display signage and provide printed sales information near the registration table. The Association will provide signage featuring the sponsor’s name, in addition to recognition in the official convention program.
Session Speakers: ($2,000 – $5,000) Sponsors can display signage and printed sales information in the meeting room during the session and will be acknowledged by the Association President at the opening of the session. The Association will provide signage featuring the sponsor’s name, in addition to recognition in the official convention program. NEW! This sponsorship includes one FREE registration.
In-Room Delivery: ($1 to $5 per room, depending on the number of sponsors). The Hotel Staff will deliver sponsor’s promotional items (golf balls, water bottles, pens, brochures, etc.) directly to the attendees’ hotel rooms.
Welcome Reception: ($3,000-$5,000). Sponsor may display signage reception venue. Association will provide signage showing sponsor’s name, in addition to being noted with their name and logo in the official program.
