Get Tips on What to Include in Dealer Contracts
Trent Johnson, our attorney who specializes in distribution law and a partner at Foley & Lardner, will speak to members at the Marketing & Distribution Convention.
Members will have the opportunity to hear Johnson in the Dealer Relations Committee and through a limited number of one-on-one, no-cost meetings.
At the committee meeting, Johnson will discuss baseline provisions that should be included in every dealership contract, as well as standard terms and conditions of sale. The hour-long session is 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
