CONCLUSION
The Court carefully reviewed the entire record and concludes the North Dakota Implement
Dealers Association has satisfied the requirements for intervention as of right under Rule 24(a)(2)
of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, the motion to intervene (Docket No. 32) is
GRANTED. The North Dakota Implement Dealers Association will have seven (7) days from the
date of this order to file its answer to the Plaintiffs’ complaint. The North Dakota Implement
Dealers Association shall have until October 10, 2017, to respond to the Plaintiffs’ motion for a
preliminary injunction. The Court places no limits of the North Dakota Implement Dealers
Association’s ability to conduct discovery.
