The Attorney General, in Answer to the AEM's Complaint dated July 24, 2017 requesting declaratory and injunctive relief, in the above-referenced action,
Association of Equipment Manufacturers, et al v. State of North Dakota
Except as specifically admitted or qualified, the Attorney General denies each and every allegation of the Complaint.
Attorney General respectfully asks that the Court:
a. Deny Plaintiffs the relief they request.
b. Dismiss the Complaint with prejudice.
c. Grant such other additional further relief it deems proper and just.
