This opportunity is open to exhibitors only. During the showcase, you can purchase a time slot to highlight your company, products, or services. A stage will be available with projector and microphone for exhibitors to promote their booths and give a brief (3 to 5-minute) presentation. The cost to spotlight your company is $250. Contact the FEMA office for more information.
Exhibitor Information
Exhibitors MUST have a name badge to enter the area for setup. Exhibitors may begin setting up after 7:00 am the day of the Showcase.

Open Space Showcase Package (Furniture and/or services included with your booth registration)
- Booth Size – Open Tabletop booth space will be 10′ deep x 8′ wide.
- Carpeting – The ballroom and pre-function areas are carpeted.
- Furnishings – One 6′ table, two folding chairs, and one 7″ x 44″ identification sign.
