Maxilator Enters Strategic Partnership with Tie Down Engineering
Member company Maxilator has announced a strategic partnership with Tie Down Engineering.
Maxilator, based on Rockmart, Ga., manufactures hay handling equipment. Tie Down, in Atlanta, provides fabricated metal components for several market segments.
Maxilator President Ken Sargent shared news of the partnership in a letter to distributors.
"This partnership will bring immediate design, engineering, manufacturing and financial resources to Maxilator Equipment," he wrote. "This partnership will result in an acceleration in our ability to bring new products to market and provide the financial strength to stock inventory in advance of the spring selling season."
The partnership, which was effective July 1, comes after a year of what Sargent characterizes as tremendous growth.
