KEWANNA, IN; September 2016 – Winamac Coil Spring, a prominent family owned and operated custom spring and wire form provider, has announced their intent to acquire a similarly aligned company.
In a joint statement, company President, Tony Pesaresi and Executive V.P. of WCS, Gene Huber Jr., said, “As we continue our growth, we realize the desire to expand the scope and reach of our company within the industry. Our first step is to open dialogue with those who may be interested in acquisition as an exit strategy.”
