A Note About Flooding in Houston:
We are watching events in Houston with the rest of the world, celebrating the best of humanity with every rescue, and asking ourselves how we can contribute to the recovery.
We of course are uniquely interested because we will be in Houston soon, and we expect a few hundred of you to join us. We are in communication with the Hyatt Regency Houston as well as several city residents. We've learned that the hotel is dry and in operation. The off-site locations we plan to visit are open or expect to be open by Labor Day.
Among ways we plan to contribute to the recovery is simply by being there in November, dining in city restaurants, visiting local attractions, and demonstrating our confidence in the city's comeback.
Rooms in Houston will be in high demand as folks from around the country join the recovery effort, and we want to ensure members have rooms for the convention. We urge members planning to join us to register before 9/11.
You will save $100 on your registration fee. And, your early registration will allow us to release any excess rooms back to the hotel earlier than our contract requires.
